There is no better way to begin making you guys fall in love with AZ than with a little bit of
country, cowboys, lemonade, pies, all you can eat fish fry Friday, and good ole monsoon season.
It doesn't get any more wild out here for us than this.
Welcome to Rock Springs, Arizona.
This little town can be found just outside of Phoenix as you head north towards Flagstaff.
Growing up we used to come here for my dads birthday since their steak and ribs are legendary.
So as our busy weeks came to an end, a few friends and I, decide to get our country on ( as if we had any in us) and head to Rock Springs Cafe for dinner.
I don't think there is much for me to say here other than
Hello peach crumble pie in my mouth sent from above!
Hands down the best pie I have ever had, but I shouldn't be surprised since this place is also famous for their delicious pie.
So if anyone is looking for a delicious dinner this is your place!
They also have an absolutely gorgeous garden in the back available for events.. just don't mind the big ole cow, and a traditional farmer's market on the weekends.
